Passengers who have received two doses of Sinopharm or Sinovac vaccines will be considered fully vaccinated and can hold a study permit , work visa or tourist visa and other entry documents to enter Canada directly, do not need an entry exemption letter, and do not need to provide “reasons for entry”, as long as you provide a proof of vaccination and quarantine; there is no need for 14 days of home isolation after entry. At the same time, fully vaccinated people can also freely take trains, planes and other means of transportation in Canada, or transfer planes in Canada.

At the same time, Canadian Customs has also issued an updated regulation. Any Canadian who has been fully vaccinated and returns to Canada within 72 hours (three days) of leaving Canada for travel will not be required to show proof of a negative PCR test at the border.
