The NSNP experience class immigration EE category (Nova Scotia Experience: Express Entry) is mainly for applicants who currently have one year of work experience in the new province.
NSNP EE experience class immigration application conditions
- Register EE in the IRCC system;
- Aged between 21-55
- At least one year (1560 hours) of full-time (or equivalent part-time) paid work experience in Nova Scotia in the 3 years prior to the application. The work experience must be obtained with appropriate authorization (work permit, etc.) Volunteer, unpaid internships, etc. for students in the occupational categories in NOC 0, A and B:
- A full-time job: 30 hours per week for 12 months (1560 hours);
- A part-time job: 15 hours per week, 24 months = one year full-time (1560 hours)
- Multiple part-time jobs: 30 hours per week, 12 months = one year full-time (1560 hours)
- Completion of Canadian high school or above, applicants for overseas education must pass ECA qualification certification;
- The occupation is NOC 0 and A, and the English or French needs to reach the level of CLB7, and the occupation is NOC B, and the level of CLB5 is required;
- The occupation is NOC 0 and A, and the English or French needs to reach the level of CLB7, and the occupation is NOC B, and the level of CLB5 is required;
