This category is for foreign workers with in-demand skills and working in agriculture and construction, and applicants need to hold a job offer from an Ontario employer.

Application Requirements

  • 持有安省雇主提供的长期全职工作offer,职业为护理、农业或建筑业的合格职业，所提供的职位必须是雇主企业所必需的，薪资水平符合该地区行业中位数标准，如申请人正在为雇主从事该职位的工作，工作offer中的薪资必须等于或高于当前的薪资水平，所提供的职位必须是雇主迫切需要的；

  • 提交申请前的3年中至少有9个月安省累计工作经验，该工作经验必须为有薪、全职或等同兼职合格职业工作经验；
     
  • 如从事的职业需要认证或执照，提交申请之时需持有有效的认证或执照；
     
  • 英语或法语达到CLB 4或以上水平；
     
  • 高中以上学历，境外学历需通过ECA学历认证；
     
  • 有在安省居住的意愿；
     
  • 如当前居住在加拿大需持有合法身份（如学习许可、工作许可、访问许可等），当前居住在加拿大境外的不要求；
     
  • 递交安省EOI，并收到申请邀请。
     

OINP Employer Sponsorship Category Employer Requirements

OINP has three employer sponsorship categories: international students, foreign workers, and in-demand skills. Employers who provide job offers must meet the following conditions.

  • 申请人和/或其家庭成员不能是提供offer的雇主，或在雇主的企业中持有股份，除非股份是作为薪酬的一部分获得的，并且持股份额不超过10%；
     
  • 雇主在安省积极经营企业至少三年；
     
  • 在安省具备申请人将要工作的营业场所；
     
  • 遵守安大略就业标准法和职业健康和安全法；
     
  • 证明在向申请人提供职位前，已经做了足够的努力招聘加拿大公民或者永久居民，但无法填补职位空缺（仅适用于申请人当前居住在加拿大境外或在安省以外地区工作的情况）；
     
  • 大多伦多地区的雇主必须满足以下要求：
    • 最近一个财年的税前年营业额至少达到100万加币；且
    • 在申请人将要工作的营业场所有5名全职雇员为加拿大公民或永居居民；
       
  • 大多伦多地区以外的雇主需满足：
    • 最近一个财年的税前年营业额至少达到50万加币；且
    • 在申请人将要工作的营业场所有3名全职雇员为加拿大公民或永居居民。
