Ontario Provincial Nominee Skilled Immigrant

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, or OINP for short, is also known as the Ontario Provincial Nominee.

The Ontario Provincial Nominee Program is designed to help Ontario meet labor market needs and economic development by nominating experienced and skilled applicants to build the province’s economy and help Ontario employers recruit and retain foreign workers. Applicants nominated by Ontario are eligible to apply to the Commonwealth of Canada for a permanent residence visa.

On April 28, 2021 Canadian time, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) EOI system opened for the following categories of applications:

  • Employer Job Offer: International Student stream
  • Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills stream
  • Masters Graduate stream
  • PhD Graduate stream
